This restaurant is a great find. Full of Route 66 memorabilia, this comfortable place has great food. I had bratwurst and fresh made sauerkraut that was excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a place to put on your travel meal agenda!
I ordered the shrimp salad and it was simple, but delicious. My mom and sister had the black bean veggie burger and said it was also good (not dry as black bean burgers can be). If we had been in the area longer, we would have no doubt eaten here again.
Amazing food. Well worth the drive from anywhere (lots of out-of-towner's and foreigners which was neat). The burgers were good. The decor is super kitschy quirky and cool. The carrot cake was amazing. One of the best things I've ever eaten.
Great liver and onions. Taco salad good. Make their own salsa. Funky ambience with friendly staff. Some German dishes. A German family of 4 and 4 German motorcycle couples were there.
Mmm gravy. Breakfast options are typical comfort food but one of the better biscuit and gravies I've had out west. Portion size is generous and laid back environment . Get the carrot cake!!
